I could use some help here

Kei (啓) can mean anything from open(ing), display, enlightenment...and taro(u) is just a typical male suffix.
 
It depends on the kanji used....泰子、康子、靖子、安子、保子 etc. As to which of these is most common I can't be sure. Did you have anyone particular in mind? :)
 
"泰" means easeful, peaceful or large.
"康" means easeful, peaceful or healthy.
"靖" means easeful, peaceful or calm.
"安" means easeful, peaceful.
"保" means relax easefully, or hold, keep.
