How to tell if I-TECH International is scam or fake.

The following company I_TECH has told my wife that we can purchase a 'territory/store' in Japan for 3 million yen/$30k. Are they legit?
Anyone please help this is an emergency.

When I called Claire they said that they were physically in the building and that there were other businesses on the floor but they didn't know about I-TEC.

Both companies (ITEC and Aura) deal in cosmetic and medicinal products; their domains were registered by the same person less than a year ago). I couldn't find any entries in the NTA database.

Their office is located in a rental office space.

@thomas Thank you. I am very concerned. They've got some pyramid scheme with stores and territories and a 'binary' system....perhaps just a spin on MLM.
