hi my name is josh and my buddy citizen told me about this site. i also am going to japan to teach english. I kind of have a bizarre obsession with japan. Im pretty sure ive always had it, i loved ninja's and swords when i was kid but the thing that really got me into japanese culture was anime. it started with dbz. no one was showing new episodes so me and a friend downloaded them for a whole summer and they were in japanese. after that summer i watched akira and the evangelion. after that i lived on a steady diet of anime. last summer i got into old kurosawa films and now i just watch any asian film i can find. i enjoy learning about fuedal japan and now im starting to get really insterested in japan that we see today. i hope my time here is pleasant
