Help with Identifying the artist on this painting

I was recently gifted this painting. Can you help me translate the phrase on the painting and/or the artist?

I'm assuming the red stamps are the artist name - if you need a better photo let me know. They are quite faded.

The right column 雪嶽窮？（恭？） would be the title of the painting, something regarding snow mountain.
The middle one 丙寅？月下澣 says it's painted in the last ten days of a month, 1986 or 1926 (or maybe 1866, 1806, 1746,,,).
The right one shows the name of the artist is 碧山.

Judging from the kanji used there, I think it would be a Chinese artist.
