Is this correct?

I was born in April 1978.

In 1999 I came to Arizona.

So now I have been doing work for the same company for 4 years。

😅

the last sentence looks more like "And now I've been doing the same work for four years for a company"

but I could be wrong...

So now I have been doing work for the same company for 4 years。
Whichever you meant, 時間 and おなじに are not correct forms. If you are continuing this work, 'shite imasu' and either de or no after 会社.

Maybe 四年間 onaji kaisha no shigoto wo shite imasu ?

Hmm I was thinking the word order might be off for onaji kaisha
I forgot that ~kan was the ending to repsent period of whatever......
But I am trying to say I have been working for the "same company" for 4 years.
Not sure how to translate that.

I think that would work too. At least that's what my sensei would tell me to use.

I don't know about this one either:

私は四月に千九百七十八年をうまれました

It seems for that one you should drop the "に" after "四月" and you should replace "を" with "に" since there isn't an indirect object. So it should look more like:

私は四月千九百七十八年に生まれました。

Though, someone may want to correct me on that.

I think you should put the month after the year....19784月に生まれました.

And all the corrections for the work sentence appear fine....just slight variations on I've worked at, worked for...had a job at the same company.....etc.

Also, one more thing if you want to use shigoto in a sentence like this '四年間 同じ会社の仕事をしていますit might also translate a little closer to 'worked with the same company,' on projects, as a consultant etc without actually being a full-time employee.

Messing with numbers and years is new to me so i thought I would try to use them in sentences that relate to me.

I have that book "Barron's Japanese Grammar" And it's really good it mentions when using numbers as dates
EX.
On Monday
In April 四月に
Use に to specify in/on that date.
But it doesn't mention how to use Months and Years.

Stutz is right about the using に instead of を。
