Help translating a pendant

Hello guys! My girlfriend is Japanese descendant and gave a pendant that's been in her family for generations. There is a craving in the back of it and we would like to know what's written on it.

Governor-General of Taiwan Award for Nursing Diligence

Seems to be an award given to hospital nurses in imperial Taiwan.

Sorry for nitpicking, but it's 醫院(= 医院), not 醤院. It refers to a specific hospital 台湾総督府医院 Government-General of Taiwan Hospital ; the present 国立台湾大学医学院付設医院 National Taiwan University Hospital .
