Help recognizing/translating a couple of kanji

'kay, so I need help with a few hard-to-see ones once again.

This forum is so useful when studying without a teacher! If it's to any help with the alone kanji, a person is accusing another for having an indecent expression, and the accused responds that he always looks like that right before he says that word which is the kanji.

I was thinking that the kanji on the other pic might be
牽, but how that'd fit I duno and they don't really look too much alike...
