Hey all!
I am going to wwoof in japan again.
I sent a message to one of the hosts in Japanese, but I have some difficulty translating their reply I got:
Your help is really appreciated!!
For what I can understand from the reply:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
To Jake,
You are the first... bla bla something about a photo.. blah
In April a lot of people come...
Now my place is....blah... can stay from 4/16 until 5/7.....
Is that okay with you?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
And that is my crappy translation.
I hope you guys can help me out here!

Not sure about the first part, my first thought was "We haven't met before/this is your first time, but I felt like I saw your photo before so I put in a request earlier, but the timing/schedule didn't work out." But I could be misreading, as it's a really context-driven statement

the rest basically reads:
April is really busy, but if you're alright with sharing a room with other people 4/16-5/7 can work.
Is that alright?

Thank you so much !!
Such a fast reply.
Yes it really makes sense now, because I did sent him a request last year, but the timing didn't work out in the end.

ありがとーー!

ahh, then the earlier request and timing not working out must have been from last year. That makes sense now
