Hello trying to understand this hand written Kanji.... any help is really welcome.. thanks!

First kanji, maybe is one of these: 開 or 閏 or 閖
Second one might be this: 将
third seems like some similar to this: 形
Then on the second column, I think it's a roman number 2: "II" and then:くみ

but honestly i think i'm completely lost on this one cause it does not make much sense :(

Most likely a student's name, ~くみ is used to refer to a class (like "3rd grade class B") or possibly a group if they were broken into project teams.

No. It's just one of the groups, as in "3rd grade class Ⅱ (3年Ⅱ組)" in school, as nice gaijin-san wrote. It shows that the owner 関勝彦 belonged to "class Ⅱ".
