Well, i'm not sure.
Is the Penpal forum used a lot?
I suppose if you would add a dedicated penpal-forum here, users would still have to be able to remove their own ad once they have found a penpal. I'm not sure if that's easy to incorporate into this forum.

Well, unfortunately I cannot change the default settings for just one particular forum as these settings are global.

I'll think of another solution once I find a bit of time.
