Forum restructuring

You may have noticed that we have rearranged the forum structure.

Goals:

1. Making the fora more user-friendly

2. Creating a text archive that serves as food for spiders (Google & Co. will love these pages as they are rendered as HTML).

Kicking out the sub-subs was actually one reason to revamp the fora.

well i guess i am still new enough to get used to it ...

but it would be nice to be able to extend the subcat from the main screen
