forget mad cow...mad deer sounds scarier!

Yeah, I know that you have to purchase the article to read the complete thingie, but the gist of the story is that the "mad deer" is highly contagious, has spread through a large section of the deer population in and around the Colorado area, now in some sections of Canada and in the surrounding states around Colorado, and is suspected to may have contributed to some human deaths....as well as possibly linked to the mad cow problem, although that's not for certain at this time...

What's scary is that the CWD is based upon the same cause for both deer and for cows.... :eek:
