Has anybody read the Amazon book called Amongst The Marines by Steven Preece. I thought it was an eye opener to say the least. I'm now curious as to what did happen after he walked through the main gates for the last time!

Sorry guys. I've opened this post twice because I couldn't find the other one.

It did cause a lot of controvery on the UK forums though. I guess Preece has wrote the side of an elite soldier's life that they normally try to hide. May be that's why he subtitled it the Untold Story.

That wasn't an ad. It was a brief review of a book, which is perfectly legal.

I've added a review of Preece's follow up "Always A Marine." Has anybody got any similar recommendations?

I find it a bit odd that over a nine month period you have made four posts, each of which pertained to this one author/book.

What's up with that?

I've just read a book called: A Few Kind Words and a Loaded Gun by Razor Smith.

I really enjoyed it. Anybody else read this?
