Dear native English speakers,
Do you use both (a) and (b) in each case?
If so, do you use (a) and (b) interchangeably?

(1a) It is important to learn English.
(1b) English is important to learn.

(2a) It is fun to learn English.
(2b) English is fun to learn.

Thanks in advance.
Hirashin

Yes you could use (a) or (b) in each case. You can use them both interchangeably. The only difference I would say is the focus of each sentence. (1a) has the focus on important while (1b) has the focus on English. (2a) has the focus on fun while (2b) has the focus on English.

Thank you for the help, OoTmaster.
