encoding problem

i think this is the right placed for this, if not please move it

ok i have two computers a dell desktop running windows ex and a dell millenium edition labtop. When i switched the encoding on my desk top so i could see the japanese kana&kanji it worked fine and its now automatically on japanese encoding all the time. but when i switched it on my labtop it seemed to work but whenever i go to another page after i change it, it changes back from japanese to western european. does anyone know how i can save it so it is always on japanese encoding like my desktop is? its really annoying having to change it every page there is japanese on:auch:

And it still sounds like "maintain/it maintains full of life faith in metal." Will let you know if I think of anything better, though .

I asked my tutor about your translation and her reply was that since this was a uniquely American expression, the grammar was unacceptably strange in Japanese. She did, though, as a former metal lover herself, recommend either of the following as more natural:
