edit/delete pen pal entry

When I attempted to enter a penpal entry my browser timed-out twice so I hit the back button and tried again - result - my pen pal entry was entered three times: #417-#419 - so now I look like an idiot

I would like to delete two of them but after reviewing your site the only relevant instructions I could find were "contact" the site by posting in the forum

please tell me how to do it or do it for me, thanks
