Hi guys. Would the sentence "Do you mind if I ask in English" be translated as "えいごできいてもいですか"?

Also, an additional question to the mods: Is it fine to keep making additional threads for single questions like this, or do you prefer megathreads?

Yes, that's correct.

Both are fine. You can choose the one you like better.

I don't want to contradict a native speaker, but it seems to me that the final い should be いい (i.e., the ending should be いいですか?).
