Hello, and Merry Christmas !

A friend of mine retweeted a tweet from a Cosplayer, and she said :

メリークリスマス~なのにこれから女子がうちに3人も来てくれるの最高すぎる(こんな日に手伝ってくれるっておまいら・・・ *Kiss* <3)

I'm a beginner, so my Japanese is still pretty weak, but does she really say something like even if some can't be with a girl for Christmas, she is here for them ? I'm not sure of "こんな日に手伝ってくれるっておまいら", is it "you guys will help me" or in that case, "in this day I will help you / be here for you guys" ?

Thank you !

Not quite. Here's a rephrased version that should be easier to understand:

クリスマスなのに、3人の女子がうち(= 私の家)に来てくれる。最高すぎる。こんな日(= クリスマス)に手伝ってくれるか、お前ら(= 3人)♡

In case you haven't learned the grammar involved in this line:
なのに = "even though it is"
来てくれる = "be so nice to come" (and similarly 手伝ってくれる = "be so nice to help")
最高すぎる = "too great"

の in 来てくれるの is not a sentence final particle but a nominalizer, thus, strictly speaking, the part before the first parenthesis is a single sentence. The speaker says that うちに3人も来てくれるのは最高すぎる. The meaning is almost the same as うちに3人も来てくれる。最高すぎる。, though.
In the parentheses, the speaker shows that the ending of the sentence is omitted by "・・・". って is for the quotation of the cause/reason as same as なんて, so it expresses 手伝ってくれるって/なんて、おまえら素晴らしい/最高だ/いい人だ or like that.
