(5c) In this way, I got to solve this problem
"I got to" usually means you had the opportunity or permission to do something. So this sentence is really weird and doesn't fit the meaning of the others in this group. It basically means "In this way, it became possible for me to solve this problem." I could imagine it being used if you were given a tool which made it possible for you to start work on the problem, or if you were promoted to a position that allowed you to move forward on a project you've been wanting to do.

Everything else is perfect to my knowledge.

> (1a) The hotel provides a playroom for children.
> (1b) The hotel provides children with a playroom.
Ok.

> (2a) The hospital provides free parking service for patients.
> (2b) The hospital provides patients with free parking service.
Ok. I would say "a free parking service" however if you drop "service" and just say "free parking" then you don't need a.

> (3a) The restaurant provides free meals for poor children.
> (3b) The restaurant provides poor children with free meals.
OK. Except I'd say "to poor children."

> (4a) We all should have nutritious meals every day.
> (4b) We all should have square meals every day.
> (4c) We all should have nutritious square meals every day.
Ok but not natural to say "square meals" these days.
Also I'd say eat instead of have.

> (5a) In this way, I was able to solve this problem.
> (5b) In this way, I managed to solve this problem
> (5c) In this way, I got to solve this problem
> (5d) In this way, I succeeded in solving this problem.
> (5e) In this way, I was successful in solving this problem.

Ok except 5c is not very good. You can also say "was able to."

> (6a) People may be able to live on the Moon in the distant future.

> (6c) Human beings may be able to live on the Moon in the distant future.

> (6e) Mankind may be able to live on the Moon in the distant future.
OK.

> (7a) My grandparents live in a distant village.
> (7b) My grandparents live in a distant village from here.
> (7c) My grandparents live in a village distant from here.
OK.

> (8a) The people came all the way from a distant African country, Malawi.
> (8b) The people came all the way from Malawi, a distant African country.
> (8c) The people came all the way from a distant African country called Malawi.

OK.

> (9c) My parents are encouraging me to study English hard.
> (9d) My parents have encouraged me in my English study.
> (9e) My parents have encouraged me in my English studies.
OK except for 9d is not used.

> (10a) Your kind words encouraged me.
> (10b) Your warm words encouraged me.
> (10c) Your thoughtful words encouraged me.
OK.

> (11a) Eating nutritious food is important to keep you healthy.

> (11c) Eating nutritious food is important to keep good health.
> (11d) Eating nutritious food is important to keep healthy.

OK.

> (12a) How do they provide good healthy food for free?
> (12b) How do they give good healthy food for free?
> (12c) How do they supply good healthy food for free?
OK. 12a is best.
