I'm wondering if anyone has any insight into the effects of copyright law on Japan's music industry, and how Japan's music industry functions in general. I'm also curious as to why CD's released by Japanese artists on a Japanese label are generally more expensive than CD's released by foreign artists on foreign labels, though i would think there is high demand for both. Thanks for any info!
