China Buying Out....
Maybe I am off-base here but maybe Japan is not aggressive enough. Its like their letting themselves get pushed around, in a matter of speaking.
Maybe they have lost their edge.
In China many people are illiterate, that窶冱 not true of Japan( or USA). Yet Japan seem to have lost that aggressive business attitude.
OR MAYBE ALL GREAT CIVILIZATIONS TEND TO GET SUCCESSFULL AND THEN FADE A BIT

The J-government has been in lame duck mode for the past 50 years....still can't pour their own tea or tie their own shoes if they don't have an OL do it for them... 
civilizations fade when there is corruption from within...until the rot is taken out, the tree continues to fail....J-government knows this, but are powerless in taking out their rotted officials....no change in the economy until that happens, as well as getting the rot from the top of the corporate structures out.....
