I am a cannabis seedbank owner from Amsterdam, Holland.
I recently notice that there is more interest in seeds from the people in japan, but i know little about the law there. Is there anyone who can inform me about the laws on cannabis there?

Illegal. Expect to do some very hard time in a Japanese prision if caught. It is not considered a "soft" drug. Small quantities carries very stiff penalties

Paul McCartney spent ten days in prision back when the Beatles toured Japan for a small amount of pot (he only got out after a lot of backroom dealing. They were going to keep him there). Unless you think you can pull more strings than Paul, find another market.

Lastly, responsible discussion on drug policy etc. is fine, but if the thread becomes inappropriate for this forum, it will be locked down.
 
Long Ago When I Was In Fukuoka.....

a Japanese co-worker got caught with the remains of a joint in his ash tray. He was held for 2 weeks & according to him, beaten & questioned everyday.He had to squeal on every person he knew who even thought about a crime to get off with 5 years probation. Everyone I knew would run from someone who MIGHT even think about doing drugs!!

AFAIK, you're SOL, my friend. Off the deep end, but in Singapore, they'll hang you if you traffick marijuana. Don't think about doing it out in Japan. That's asking for a death wish, to put it "Frank"-ly. *winks at Frank D. White*
 
I wish the U.S. would have a strict drug policy, I mean christ, in my school they just smoke the stuff right there on campus, this stuff makes me ashamed to be a going to U.S. schools.. -.-

Yeah, but I mean christ I know you could smoke now and then, privately but in school?!? I mean I was this close to getting a drug test just because I my sweater had the smell of it because of the wind, and the library was closed
