i'm going to japan in a couple weeks, and trying to buy concert tickets before i go there. has anyone successfully done this? is there such a thing as a will call (i.e. i order the tickets and just pick them up at the venue)? i'm sure it would be easy to get the tickets once i'm in japan, at lawson or whatever, but i'm concerned they'll sell out. the tickets in question are available for pre-order through e-plus (e+(イープラス)チケット予約・購入・販売情報サイト), but it seems that they will only mail you the tickets, to a japanese address no less (it actually verifies the address...)

🙂 any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, but maybe it would be a good idea to ask a friend who lives in Japan to see if they're able to do it for you.

well, i don't want to make someone go to that trouble if i can do it myself. and i really only know one person over there.

i'm also trying travel agencies... one would do it for a flat 6000 yen handling fee. :( no answer yet from the other agency i asked.
