It's late but I'll introduce myself briefly....
I like mature, intelligent anime and manga. I enjoy shodou and practice karate regularly, and I have an interest in many other areas of traditional Japanese culture. I've studied Japanese for a little under two years now, and though my comprehension is ok, my compositional skills (both conversational and literary) suck.
I'm planning a trip to Japan in a few months, though I'm not sure where I'll be or how it's going to work out yet!
