I've become interested in Japanese calligraphy since I went to Japan. I brought back all the required supplies, but I'll eventually run out of paper.

Where does everyone typically get their calligraphy paper or inkstones from, and is there a supplier that you trust?

I'm not looking for the finest materials :)

If you are looking for (Japanese) online shops you could try Itōya (though I am not sure whether they ship overseas):

One of the most famous brick-and-mortar stores is Kyūkyodō (鳩居堂) in Ginza:

鳩居堂|お香、書画用品、はがき、便箋、金封、和紙製品の専門店

This shop is based in the US:

We used to have a really nice Japanese gift shop in town that had washi... Depending on your location, you may have a brick and mortar store nearby that could use your patronage.

Daiso department stores overseas sell calligraphy paper. However, As you progress with your calligraphy you will want to acquire better materials. Poor quality paper will eventually hinder your progress. Also, a fude will last about a year before the hairs start to drop out. Try to make contact with a calligraphy teacher who may have contacts for procuring good materials. Some teachers have wholesale contacts.
