Banner not counting (or something?)

I had moved the Topsites banner into an ad rotation script and noticed I stopped getting any votes. I figured this was the problem so recently I pasted the plain old HTML back into pages.

I am still getting zero votes?? I believe this is inaccurate as I am showing the banner on hundreds of pages and my site is logging over 3000 visitors daily.

The odd thing is it used to work but not since the new year started?

How do I go about tracking the problem down?

We haven`t changed the Topsites script or setup since many months, so your original codes should be working.

Anyhow, we will soon move to a new server and upgrade to the latest version of the script which should address any flaws of the current system.
