Hi everybody,

I am an airline pilot and we have a lot of japanese passengers.
I Think it would be nice to do one of the announcements in japanese, at least to welcome them onboard.
Nothing too complicated of course, but I figured that our japanese passengers could like it.

So if somebody can help me:

Here is the flight deck.
Welcome to our japanese passengers.
Flight (number) to (destination).
Boarding is almost complete.
Take off is expected within 5 minutes
Flight time today will be around (time) minutes.
Weather on the way and at destination is pretty fair. (Weather on the way and at destination is cloudy and rainy) ( Weather on the way is cloudy but gets better at destination) ( Weather on the way is fair but gets worse at destination)
Just sit back, relax and enjoy the flight.

Thanks

I think this might cause more trouble than it's worth.

Ask your airline to pay to have it prepared professionally, then.

This nice idea of yours will create a misimpression among Japanese passengers that some level of customer service is provided or available in Japanese and will cause complaints and resentment from others who wonder why the Japanese get special treatment but they don't. It will also start things down the path of anything you do for somebody more than three times becoming an obligation instead of a favor.
