It was Judy's selfish behavior that made everyone/everybody angry.

⑤彼は、(彼の)月への旅について詳しく書いている。[describe, journey, the を用いて７語で]
He describes his journey to the moon.
[I believe you don't say " describe about his journey".]

Your example is technically correct. But it is more common to say, "Everyone was angry because of Judy's selfish behavior." or "Judy's selfish behavior made everyone angry."

I believe you don't say " describe about his journey".

You are correct. It is wrong. The verb "describe" is v.t. not v.i.

OK. But I'd like to use the "it is (something) + that clause" pattern.
I believe American people use the pattern, maybe in written forms.

For that pattern I think your example is fine. Here are a couple more I thought up.
It was the year that I graduated.
It was the Thalidomide sold by Dainippon that caused the birth defects.
