I saw The Amazing Jonathan do this on TV once.

You need to do this fairly quickly without pausing.

You: spell "mop"
him/her: M, O, P

You: spell "top"
him/her: T, O, P

You: spell "shop"
him/her: S, H, O, P

You: what do you do at a green light?
him/her: (99% of the time, the person will say "stop")

You: NO! You GO at a green light!!!!

or

You: spell "post"
him/her: P, O, S, T

You: spell "host"
him/her: H, O, S, T

You: spell "coast"
him/her: C, O, A, S, T

You: What do you put in a toaster?
him/her: (99% of the time the person will say "toast")

You: NO! You put BREAD in a toaster!!!!
