Auxiliary verbs (verbs that is attached to the -te form of verbs) are usually written in hiragana.
~てくる can mean "to go somewhere to do something and then return", so just 買ってくる has that meaning. When 行く is used with this expression, the form should be 買いに行ってくる or (location に)行って、買ってくる. There is no problem with 買いに行ってきてあげる/くれる/もらう or 行って、買ってきてあげる/くれる/もらう, of course..
