I have stayed here and work for the last six month, but have always feel dismayed when there is a call for a meeting. It's really hard for me to handle both listening and speaking in a meeting room. I wonder some of you can offer some patterns that Japanese usually use in meeting room? Structure of the meeting? Is there special protocol on opening and closing. What are the familiar phrases that employee has to utter besides はい and 有難うございます?

I just got a couple:

これからますます幸運に恵まれますようお祈りします!
korekara masumasu kouon ni megumaremasu you oinorishimasu!
From now on, I pray more for your good luck and blessing!

ご苦労様でした。お陰様でいい英文サイトになったと思います。
gokurousama deshita. okagesama de ii eibun saito ni natta to omoimasu.
Thank you very much, with your help, I think we have a nice English site now.

gokyouryoku no hodo yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
Thanks for your cooperation.

ご了承のほどよろしくお願いします。
goryoushou no hodo yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

年度末の締めくくりもよろしくお願いいたします。
nendomatsu no shimekukuri mo yoroshiku onegai itashimasu.
(dunno how to translate this one) :(

It means: I look forward to your cooperation at the end of the fiscal year.

I don't think there is any special protocol common to all Japanese companies. But, there is an inclination to speak like written Japanese and of use of more "keigo" than usual.
