I wonder how the captioned sentence means “Traffic conditions on the highway are normal this morning.”

どおり itself means street or avenue.
Could どおり be a verbal noun derived from 通る that means passing through?

I did look up the dictionary before I asked.
But I’ve not been sure.

Is it supposed to be 流れ通り?

Oh! I didn’t expect いつもどおり would go together so I didn’t look up that way in the dictionary. Thanks again.

As in the definition in jisho.org, 通り is a suffix there, thus, it's attached to the word put right before it, as you can see in the examples in goo辞書.

Yes I did see the meaning of “in accordance with” but it didn’t occur to me at the time いつも is a noun and can go together with 通り. Anyway I have learnt a lesson. Thanks again.
