Hello,

「賞状、原裕子殿。頭書の通り、優秀な成績を収めたのでここにこれを賞します。」
It's a sentence from a video from Erin's challenge. The speaker is handing someone a 賞状, and before handing it to the person, the speaker reads this off the 賞状.

I am having some trouble with これを賞します. According to the dictionary, 賞する means "to praise"/"to laud". So, does これ stand for 優秀な成績を収めたこと?

Thank you! I wanted to make sure of this before continuing with the following question.

They have a game on Erin's challenge site where you can basically create your 賞状, by inputting names and selecting set phrases. (ゲーム|やってみよう|第25課)

In this game, you can select what you are receiving the award for. For example one of the selections is ~において優秀な成績をおさめました. After that you have to select another phrase along the line of よってここにこれを賞します。

One such phrase is よってその栄誉を称えこれを賞します. Why is it その栄誉 and not この栄誉? If これ is used to refer to the thing the person did (e.g. 優秀な成績を収めたこと), shouldn't この栄誉 also be used for 優秀な成績を収めたことの栄誉?

そ is for second person there, so it should be interpreted "your honor". この栄誉 is not wrong, though.

So, その栄誉 stands for あなたの栄誉 and not for 優秀な成績を収めたことの栄誉?
