Last year's review is still spot on. This year, we noticed that it carries a beautiful pink hue. And yes, it is sublime to those who like their sake sweet. As excellent as last year.

When we tried Shunnoten's "Spring Sake" for the first time in 2019, it came in a regular, nondescript green bottle with a pink label. Nowadays, Haruzake is presented in a stylish pink-coloured bottle that befits the season of hanami. It has a solid alcoholic aroma with sweet and slightly fruity notes. It's a floral fragrance with refreshing acidity, radiating notes of pink. Floral and alcoholic on the palate, well-balanced with pleasant acidity and a persistent bitterness that finishes in creamy, cherry-like bitterness. Sublime.
