This is the summer version of Maihime's junmai ginjo (reviewed here). We could not discern major differences between the "summer goldfish" and the regular version. They are equally exquisite and refreshing.

Shinshū Maihime Junmai Ginjō Natsukingyo is part of Maihime's fan series (扇ラベル). Light, fresh summer sake with a refreshing aroma. A light, gentle and slightly dry-tasting sake.
