The Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Hiyagoshi (尾瀬の雪どけ 純米大吟醸) is brewed with Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice. It is an elegantly finished sake with a soft sweet scent, the umami of Yamada Nishiki and a hint of pungency.

Ryujin Brewery is located in Tatebayashi, Gunma Prefecture. Ryūjin (龍神) stands for "Dragon God". The brewery was founded in 1597. Its small team of just six workers uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, Omachi and Gohyakumangoku. The rice is carefully milled with Ryujin's own rice mill, and most procedures starting with washing the rice are done by hand. After bottling, the sake is slowly aged at a low temperature in a refrigerated warehouse and then stored. Ryujin Brewery won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition in 2007 and 2008. The brewery also produces a line of craft beer under the name "Oze no Yuki Doke": the Oze no Yuki Doke Brown Weizen (a 5% dunkelweizen that is brewed using German ingredients), the Oze no Yuki Doke White Weizen (a 5% hefeweizen), and the Oze no Yuki Doke IPA (a 5% English IPA).
