In 1689, Nabedana set up a brewery before Naritasan Shinshōji Temple and began brewing sake. However, it has moved to the rural Kanzakichō, Katori-gun, where it brews its Jinyu and Fudō brands. The brewing of sake has long been entrusted to Niigata and Nanbu tōji, but in 1997 the brewery started brewing sake entirely by its own staff.

The Narita Monzen branch in front of the main gate of Naritasan Shinshōji offers a wide range of products such as Jinyu and Fudō and products exclusive to directly managed shops at the site where the original pot shop was founded. The building was renovated from a hinoki cypress storehouse constructed in 1923 and has an elegant appearance blending perfectly into the traditional Narita Monzenmachi area.

Another great 'table sake' from Nabedana. As well-balanced as their Junmai Jinyu, it comes with crisp acidity but isn't as sharp. Deep layers of mild sweetness, subdued aroma and moderate richness. Spicy finish. Softer and milder at room temperature.

sweet, with a crisp acidity and a spicy finish

Its slightly subdued aroma and moderate richness give it a well-balanced taste. The light sweetness will softly coats your tongue and you will find it easy to drink.

The aroma is enhanced when chilled.

An all-round sake, but particularly tasty chilled.
