Kuromatsu Hakushika Yamada Nishiki Dry Junmai Silk has a delicate flavour and a smooth finish, making the most of the lusciousness of Yamadanishiki.

Delicious nose of resins and dried fruits, mild and refreshing, dry with well-balanced acidity, slightly spicy. We started to drink it chilled, but it got even better at room temperature. As recommended by the brewery, we also tried it as kanzake, heating it to 40-45 degrees where it tasted best. Heated, it had a spicy tingle that gently spread in your mouth and lasted to the finish.
