Last year, we tried the regular ("non-nama") version of Kubota's Ōmachi released in February. It has the same herbal aroma and spicy notes but is fruitier: a sweet and full-mouthed approach that melts into refreshing bitterness and tingling effervescence. Spicy and stimulating finish. An unmistakable Sagaminada with a fruity touch.
