Kokken Junmai Namachozō Tefu (純米生貯蔵酒 てふ) is a limited edition made of Yamadanishiki (kojimai) and Yumenokaori (kake-mai) rice milled to 60%. It is round and quiet and feels soft and gentle on the palate. Matured at low temperatures, it has a solid yet light and mildly tangy flavour. Recommended to drink chilled. It is an excellent match for tuna and bonito sashimi.
