Nōhime no Sato Kakushi Ginjō (濃姫の里 隠し吟醸) is made of domestic rice that was milled down to 60%. "Kakushi Ginjō" translates to 'hidden sake"; it is characterised by a gorgeous, sweet ginjō aroma and a light, refreshing taste.

Kiyosuzakura Brewery is located in Kiyosu, Aichi Prefecture. It was founded in 1853 and started brewing sake under the name "Kiyosujo Nobunaga Onikoroshi" (清洲城 信長 鬼ころし). The brewery was incorporated in 1949 and, in addition to sake, produces shōchū, wine, and umeshu. The brewery won the National New Sake Competition Gold Award (全国新酒鑑評会金賞受賞歴 Zenkoku shinshu kanpyōkai kinshō) in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2014, and 2021.
