Hirata Hidanohana Junmai Daiginjō is a light, dry, gorgeous sake slowly brewed at low temperatures using Hidahomare rice polished to 45% and Hida Takayama underground water. It has a clean, crisp taste and is an ideal food sake.

A powerful nose of dried fruits and narazuke (奈良漬, a Japanese type of pickle produced in Nara), a foretoken of an earthy, full-bodied sake. Relatively dry with a moderate sweetness and a sour tingle. Crisp and spicy finish.
