Fukumitsuya Junmai Ginjō Kagatobi Umekichi

Fukumitsuya Junmai Ginjō Kagatobi Umekichi is made from Gohyakumangoku rice and "flower yeast" (花酵母) isolated from cherry blossoms. It has a gorgeous aroma, a light ginjō flavour and a refreshing aftertaste.

Overall impression: light flavour and a sharp taste. A nose of fungi and koji, with hints of caramel and a tingle of alcohol. Very mild and subtle, with notes of fungi and a spicy finish.
