Asahiyama Junmai

The Asahiyama Junmai (朝日山純米酒) has a perfect balance between its savoury taste and a smooth, brisk finish.

Gentle, full-bodied taste, slightly tart. Very palatable with a moderate level of spiciness. Goes well with savoury dishes. It is recommended either lukewarm or hot or chilled to 13 to 16 °C. Great table sake.
