This is a genshu: undiluted sake with an alcohol content of 18%. It has a strong nose of koji, almonds, and banana. Strong, alcoholic, and sweet aroma with fruity hints. Smooth and creamy, slightly dry and bitter finish. The box and the bamboo wrap are really unique.
