The Tokugawa Museum in Mito exhibits the paintings and armory of Clan lords. The Shokokan Museum nearby displays documents used for the History of Japan, which was first commissioned and edited by Mitsukuni Tokugawa, the second lord of the Mito Clan, also called Mito Komon.
