Hi my name is David and I am from London. In the summer of 2015 I traveled around Japan with my closest friends. It was a country I always wanted to go to but I never realised when I was planning the trip how amazing it was going to be and have such an effect on me. This film is a love letter to the place and the people I hold close to my heart and carry them with me. The way they respect one another is an example to us all. This film is dedicated to my stepmother who unfortunately passed away earlier this year. She loved to travel with my father and had a real passion for natural history. Although she didn't get to see this video, she did like alot of my photos that I was posting while traveling. I know she would enjoy it and I hope you do to. Thank you for watching.
Really nice video David! I loved the time lapses.
What camera did you use? also how did you get really smooth moving shots? it's like you had a steadicam
I think when people see this type of image of Japan, the first thoughts are "I want to live there". I know that is what happened to me in Thailand, but I ended up later in life living in Japan.
