I used to work for a large Japanese multinational company. Its North American headquarters had a Japanese chef that managed its cafeteria where every day they offered three Japanese meals in addition to two American meals.
Occasionally as part of his job he would set up this sushi kit and make a sushi bar wherever it was needed. In this case it was the executive home where the N. American CEO resided. Often this was to entertain customers but in this particular case it was to celebrate internal management promotions.
