Can you please tell me what is written in this shot and its meaning?

Any help would be appreciated.

ありがとう - arigatou - 'Thank you'.

It's really shaky writing though. Reminds me of my earliest attempts to write with my off-hand, or writing while on a bus driving over bad pavement.

This isn't going to turn into a thread where we translate all the text from a TV show, is it?

Give us your own best effort at it and we'll help you.

Looks like it was written on horseback at a full gallop.
No, Never. It was just a specified question and I'm not going to continue it.

My translation :

1 - 昭 和 63 年 5舟 23 日 午前 0 峙 55 分
ー 木 藤 董=憂 也 さ ん 25 歳 で 永 眠
花に棚まれて 彼女は逝った

Japan Showa period, 63 year 5 month 23 day 0 hours 55 min
25 years old, eternal sleep
She got lost on a flower

-------------------------------

2 - 病気は どうして私を選んだのだろう
逓命なんて言葉では かたづけられないよ

How did the disease choose me?
I can not sort out words like death.

As you can see it's not sounds good. Please tell me the correct translation.

Your translation? Not Google Translate?
OCR software is not perfect, as same as machine translation.

昭和63年523日午前055分
木藤亜也さん25歳で永眠
花にまれて 彼女は逝った

病気はどうして私を選んだのだろう
命なんて言葉ではかたづけられないよ

Yeah! You right😅
It should be:
05: 55 midnight May 23, Showa 63
Aya Kido 25 years old and died
Surrounded by flowers she passed away
How did the disease choose me?
I can not clean my fate with words

Please help me to close this thread by providing the correct translation!

He usually is...

He? Who is "He"?

Did you read this?
Translation requests: please read first! | Japan Forum

Trying to BS us with a machine translation doesn't count.

We are here to help people learn Japanese. We're not the Weeaboo Translation Bureau.

Man, I don't need to BS or lie to someone. I'm not here to steal your private information or members PayPal auth or crack your forum!
I as a non-Japanese just came to a Japanese forum asking for the meaningful translation of 5 lines of a TV show caption. I thought I posted it in an appropriate section. Do you see any reason to BS someone here?
If you thought I was looking for TRANSLATION instead of LEARNING you could tell me from the beginning.

Is it better to move this thread into "Translation" section? Or, do you want to get explanations about the sentence structures instead of just the translation of the lines?

Clearly, I'm looking for the downright translation. My first post indicates that. So It's my pleasure to transfer my topic to a more related sub-forum.

I don't understand the current request at all. It looks like the subtitles were blacked out in order to run the Japanese through machine translation.... which is a lot of effort to request a translation of something that had a translation to begin with.

If you were watching in subs that you don't understand then, well, we're not going to translate the whole thing, which won't hurt you at all because there are definitely sites out there with translations of the show, both streaming with subtitles and separate text files just of the translations.

Not going to link them because first of all I don't have a link handy and don't feel like doing the search and second of all because such a link would probably violate forum policy. But I guarantee the information is out there to be found.

My Japanese mates, no need to read all of above posts.
Simply, just tell me the meaning of this 5 line. Thanks so much!

my attempt:
00:55 am May 23, Showa 63(= 1988),
Kitō Aya went to eternal sleep at the age of 25.
She passed away surrounded by flowers.

Why did the disease choose me?
I can't manage it just by a word such like 'fate'.
