Are you a donor to this site? I don't see the donor mark attached to your name. With the volume of questions you ask, and the amount of time spent by other visitors replying to your questions, I think it would be appropriate for you either to become a donor or to answer more Japanese language questions that are posted on the site.

Most of the regular visitors here tend to give much more than they get.

Just my opinion...

Thanks for your suggestion, joadbres. I think I managed to pay 3000 yen to the site through Pay Pal. I hope it is not too little. I'm not so rich. Sorry.

As I mentioned, you can also contribute by answering questions pertaining to Japanese language learning. Your high-level knowledge of English and second-language acquisition puts you in a unique position to be able to offer help.

I had been helping a lot of people learning Japanese through several mailing lists until I got busy with teaching English at school. In this site, since there are some other Japanese people who are much better at English than me, I feel I'm useless.

I don't feel that way about you at all, but regardless, that donor banner you are sporting now looks quite オシャレ.

Your English is generally speaking perfectly fine. Almost all the slip-ups I see you make are grammar mistakes that don't lead to any confusion, they just make it clear that you're not a native speaker.
